    はい、この文は仮定法を使っていますが、後半の「lend it to my friends and family when they are tired」の部分が、仮定法の形になっていません。「they are tired」は直説法になっているため、仮定法過去に統一するのが適切です。 修正後の文: If I were Doraemon, I would like to use this tool and lend it to my friends and family when they were tired. このようにすることで、仮定法過去の一貫性が保たれます。 ちなみに元の文も間違いではありません。一般的なものがどちらかという話です。
